milwim Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a milwim account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain 21 or older for the duration of your account.
• You are a natural person — milwim accounts may not be registered in the name of a company, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from online gambling platforms, including any milwim self-exclusion previously applied to your account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of milwim or any milwim-affiliated entity.

Registration requires submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. milwim will conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing your first withdrawal. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your milwim account. This responsibility encompasses the following obligations:

• You must keep your milwim login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify milwim support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your milwim account credentials.
• You must maintain accurate and current personal information on your account profile. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be updated through the account settings panel and may require re-verification.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all bets, wagers, casino game plays, and transactions placed through your milwim account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where milwim has been notified of a compromise and takes reasonable steps to secure the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the milwim platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). milwim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your milwim account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within one to three business hours subject to the sending institution's processing schedule. milwim does not apply deposit fees on its side; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of milwim.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. milwim targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 48 hours of request approval. milwim reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal where required under anti-money laundering obligations.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the milwim account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• milwim may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Account balances do not accrue interest. milwim holds player funds in accordance with its international licensing obligations regarding segregation of player funds.
• milwim is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking institution processing schedules beyond milwim's reasonable control.

4 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the milwim platform, including the milwim sportsbook, milwim Casino, slot games, and MT Live products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. milwim does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed in the system, except where milwim exercises its own discretion to void bets in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• milwim reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds or market data has occurred, where the event outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

• Live in-play bets placed via MT Live are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Latency or connection issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to in-play odds that were available at an earlier moment.
• milwim reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, either platform-wide or specific to individual accounts, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

milwim offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. The following general bonus terms apply to all milwim promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real PKR funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets, and expiry periods applicable to each bonus are disclosed in full at the time the offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting a bonus.

6 Responsible Gaming

milwim takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the post-login account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milwim platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one milwim account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written consent from milwim.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise automate activity on the milwim platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by milwim.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino poker or game show products where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Conducting transactions through the milwim platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the milwim platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Sharing your milwim login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the milwim platform — including but not limited to the milwim brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of milwim or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the milwim platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any milwim content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any milwim software or application.
• Use the milwim brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context — commercial or otherwise — without explicit written consent from milwim.
• Create derivative works based on milwim platform content or design elements.

Any unauthorised use of milwim intellectual property will result in immediate licence termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milwim's aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with the milwim platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any related matter shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that account holder into their milwim account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

milwim expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the milwim platform.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment processor errors, or telecommunications network interruptions beyond milwim's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your milwim login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether milwim was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits milwim's liability for death or personal injury caused by milwim's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Account Termination

Either party may terminate a milwim account at any time subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your milwim account at any time by contacting milwim support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, milwim will process any verified pending withdrawal of your remaining PKR balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Termination by milwim: milwim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification or identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Conduct that milwim reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority directing account closure.

Where an account is closed by milwim due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, milwim reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and its international licensing obligations. Where a closure is administrative in nature and not attributable to your breach, milwim will return verified PKR balances to your registered payment method.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milwim holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and milwim, you agree to first contact milwim's support team to seek an informal resolution. milwim will endeavour to respond to and resolve all account disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted through the platform's official support channel.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body designated by milwim's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from milwim support.
